COVID-19 Vaccinations Update

Ohio’s COVID-19 vaccination program is being conducted in a phased approach. After focusing on vaccinating qualifying Phase 1A individuals, since the program began in late December, the program will transition to Phase 1B beginning the week of January 18, 2021.

Phase 1B includes individuals over the age of 65 years, those with congenital and early onset health conditions, and K-12 school staff. Per state guidelines, Phase 1B will be administered via the following schedule:

  • Beginning January 18 – available to individuals aged 80 years or older
  • Beginning January 25 – expanded to include individuals aged 75 and older, as well as those with congenital and early onset health conditions
  • Beginning February 1 – expanded to include individuals aged 70 and older, as well as K-12 school personnel
  • Beginning February 18 – expanded to include individuals aged 65 and older

Some Options for Upper Arlington Residents
Below is a summary of some of the options for Upper Arlington residents to schedule and receive their COVID-19 vaccination. It is recommended that you check with your primary care provider and/or hospital system first as they may be able to provide a more convenient option for you.

The Ohio Department of Health will be providing updates with additional vaccine provider locations on its Coronavirus website (//coronavirus.ohio.gov/wps/portal/gov/covid-19/home)

Franklin County Public Health Vaccination Clinic
