UA Parks & Rec Account Verification
In preparation for the opening of the Bob Crane Community Center next Spring, UA Parks & Rec is updating its customer account database.
All UA Resident customers – meaning you must either live or work in Upper Arlington – with a RecTrac household account are required to verify your account information, including the members of your household. You must also submit proof of your residency status – which could be a utility bill, lease, deed, paycheck or tax record – by either uploading the appropriate documentation to your account, or by stopping by the Parks & Rec Office during regular office hours, at 3600 Tremont Road. For questions on accepted documents for resident verification, please call Parks & Rec at (614)583-5300.
Any Resident households that have not been verified by FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 8 will be marked as a Non-Resident household and charged at the Non-Resident rate until this step has been completed.
