UA Historical Society Homes of History Month
The Upper Arlington Historical Society’s annual Homes of History Month is upon us. During this month-long celebration, watch for markers in the front yards of participating UA homes that are at least 100 years old as of 2024, and that have retained much or all of their original front exterior façade.
For this year’s celebration, 270 of the approximately 370 qualifying homes are included, and you will find them spread across the community. Maps of the homes’ locations can be obtained at any UA Library branch, Cover to Cover Bookstore and South of Lane Restaurant at the Mallway, as well as Littleton’s Market and Storyline Bookstore at Tremont Center.
Visit the Society’s Homes of History webpage, where you can find a wealth of information about this program and associated historical facts, including insight on architectural styles popular at the time, and an interactive map.
