At the June 16 City Council Meeting, Council confirmed a slate of new appointments and reappointments for various Boards and Commissions:

• Civil Service Commission – James Campbell
• Community Relations Committee – Eric Hutchison, Megan Potts, Joanne Strasser
• Cultural Arts Commission – David Guion
• Medical Advisory Board – Dr. John Bach, Dr. Medard Lutmerding, Dr. Bradley Raetzke
• Parks & Recreation Advisory Board – Lindsey Christ, Ivana Lucas, Brian Noble
• Tax Incentive Review Council – Richard Reith

This year’s solicitation and selection process attracted 58 applicants, and the City is extremely grateful to have so many residents express their interest in serving the community in this way.

Master Plan Task Force Update
An impressive number of residents have also expressed interest in serving on the upcoming Master Plan Task Force. City Council is expected to review these candidates over the summer/early fall, and the Task Force is expected to begin an approximately two-year review process by the close of 2025.
