COTA expanded its late-night service on May 5 as part of the LinkUS initiative to improve transit across Central Ohio. The expansion extends service hours for four existing COTA routes in Upper Arlington, allowing for later travel on key routes. This change provides more options for residents who commute beyond typical service times and marks an important step toward modernizing and enhancing the regional transit system—making it easier for residents to stay connected with more parts of the city during late-night hours.

Line 1: Kenny/Livingston   

Line 3: Northwest/Harrisburg 

Line 32: North Broadway

How COTA’s Extended Service Helps Upper Arlington 

This expanded late-night service is especially beneficial for Upper Arlington’s growing population of night-shift workers, college students, and residents who need access to transportation beyond traditional hours. With the increased availability of late-night buses, residents will have more flexibility in their schedules, making it easier to commute to and from evening events, late-night jobs, or community activities. This initiative is a part of the broader effort to make public transportation more accessible and affordable.
