For much of this year, the City is focusing on its northern edge, as it works to develop the “Envision Henderson” visioning plan for the West Henderson Road Corridor. This study is the next logical step for the City, following recent zoning updates within the office district centered around Arlington Centre Boulevard, a process that was finalized at the close of 2022.

The study area runs from Stonehaven Drive/Chevy Chase Court on the west, to Reed Road on the east, with the study team focused on:

• Evaluating prior studies and plans
• Reviewing existing zoning regulations throughout the corridor
• Seeking input from Upper Arlington and Columbus area residents and businesses
• Considering potential regulations for guiding future redevelopment opportunities
• Exploring streetscape enhancements along the corridor to safely accommodate all users

During the 45-minute session, the team will cover the presentation from the in-person community meeting and host live polling questions.
