BZAP Work Session
The Board of Zoning & Planning (BZAP) typically meets on the first (work session) and third (hearing) Wednesdays of the month. Meetings begin at 6 pm, in the Council Chamber of the Municipal Services Center, 3600 Tremont Road. Agendas and meeting packets are posted at the link below as they come available.
The Board reviews all planning and zoning related applications, including variances, conditional uses, signage plans, subdivisions, site plans and development plans. The Board also makes recommendations to City Council pertaining to rezoning requests and changes to the Unified Development Ordinance, the City’s zoning code.
