This program will show homeowners how to recognize and address these challenges while still preserving the architectural character of their historic homes. Common problems such as crumbling masonry, cracked plaster, historic wood windows, water issues, and more will be covered.  You’ll learn recommended approaches to preserve and upgrade your older home, and you’ll also learn what not to do.
