New UAPD Officers Graduate from Training Academy
The City of Upper Arlington proudly welcomes Officer Ricardo Felix and Officer Alexia Gorsuch to the Upper Arlington Police Division. Both recently graduated from the Columbus Police Training Academy as part of the 144th Recruit Class on July 12, 2024.
During their rigorous 30-week training, both officers mastered crucial skills from patrol procedures to emergency medical care. Their training also focused on cultural diversity, mental health, and crisis intervention, ensuring they are well-prepared to serve and protect the Upper Arlington community with professionalism and empathy.
Officer Gorsuch was chosen to be the class orator and also earned the Physical Fitness Test Award.
We are proud to have Officer Felix and Officer Gorsuch on our team, dedicated to keeping Upper Arlington safe.
