Join UA Parks & Rec for the Arts on Arlington Community Event

6-9 pm, Thursday, June 13
Mallway Park

UA Parks & Rec is excited to host the third annual Arts on Arlington community event on the evening of Thursday, June 13 at Mallway Park and Arlington Avenue. Part of the UA Performance Series, Arts on Arlington is designed to support and showcase local artists, artisans and performers.

“While our annual Labor Day Arts Festival serves as our largest community celebration of the arts, the artists and artisans that participate come from across the region,” said Cultural Arts Manager Jodi Hatfield. “Arts on Arlington gives local artists an opportunity to display and sell their work.”

The following local vendors will have their handmade products for sale during the event:

Three live performances are set to entertain, per the following schedule:

There are plenty of refreshments to enjoy. Beer, wine and seltzer will be for sale provided by The Daily Growler (credit cards only please). And several food trucks will offer a range of delicious options:

Rounding out the event, visit with various community groups and businesses that enhance UA living.

While local UA artists will not have artwork on display in Mallway businesses this year, we encourage you to check on the upcoming Concourse Gallery Exhibit, Community Expressions: Artists of Upper Arlington on display July 17 – September 13 at the Municipal Services Center.

We look forward to seeing you for our third annual Arts on Arlington community event.
