Following strong community participation in fall 2024, Upper Arlington Parks & Recreation continues its efforts to update the Fancyburg Park Master Plan. In partnership with the EDGE Group, a Columbus-based landscape architecture firm, the City of Upper Arlington is now entering Phase II of the planning process, focused on refining the initial design concepts based on resident feedback.

A new online survey is now open through May 19, 2025, giving residents another opportunity to weigh in on the future of Fancyburg Park. Building on insights gathered during the first phase, the survey invites community members to share their updated design preferences, ideas, and priorities for amenities and improvements.

In addition to the survey, residents are encouraged to participate in several upcoming community engagement opportunities:

• Community Open House
  Wednesday, May 7, 2025 | 4–6 pm
  Fancyburg Park
  Parks & Recreation staff will be on-site to walk residents through the initial design concepts, gather feedback, and answer questions about the evolving Master Plan.
• Spring Fling
  Saturday, May 10, 2025 | 11 am–2 pm
  Sunny 95 Park
  Residents can learn more about the Master Plan while attending Spring Fling.
