Public Meeting Scheduled for Waterline Replacement Project
Upper Arlington residents are invited to attend an upcoming public meeting hosted by the City’s Engineering Division to learn more about a waterline replacement project planned for their neighborhood. The meeting will take place on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, in Council Chambers at the Municipal Services Center, 3600 Tremont Road. Residents can drop in any time between 5–6:30 pm, as the meeting will follow an open house format.
The project involves significant infrastructure improvements on Fairlington Road from Fishinger Road to Kioka Avenue and Chester Road from Northam Road to Ridgeview Road. Planned work includes replacing the aging water main, transitioning the municipal portion of each home’s water service to the new line, and completing a full-depth pavement patch over the new infrastructure.
City engineering staff will be on hand during the meeting to answer questions and share project plans. With no formal presentation scheduled, residents are encouraged to stop by at their convenience. Those who are unable to attend are welcome to contact the Engineering Division after June 25 to schedule a private meeting to discuss the project in more detail.
