Since 2013, the Upper Arlington Civic Association has been treating UA older adults to a dinner and sneak preview of the Upper Arlington High School Vocal Music Program’s latest musical offering. For 2025, UA residents aged 60-plus and past 2024 members of the Upper Arlington Senior Center are invited to attend a free dinner and dress rehearsal performance of The Sound of Music at the High School on the evening of Tuesday, February 11.

The dinner begins at 5 pm, with the dress rehearsal performance scheduled to begin at 6 pm. To enter the new High School for this event, head to the main entrance which faces Zollinger Road.

Space is limited for this popular event, with everyone required to register individually in advance. Resident registration opens at 8 am, on the morning of Wednesday, January 22, at  parks.uaoh.net, and non-resident registration opens at 8 am on Friday, January 24. It’s also possible to register in person at the UA Senior Center, Building 3, or by calling 614-583-5320.
