UAFD Firefighter/Paramedic Graduates from Ohio Fire Academy
The Upper Arlington Fire Division is proud to celebrate the graduation of Firefighter/Paramedic Seth Ochs from the Ohio Fire Academy, located in Reynoldsburg, Ohio. Ochs successfully completed a rigorous 10-week program as part of Class #238.
Throughout the course, Ochs was apart of extensive hands-on training, mastering the skills required for modern firefighting and emergency medical services. The curriculum included advanced fire suppression techniques, rescue operations, hazardous materials handling, and emergency medical procedures.
In addition to his hard work, Ochs was recognized as the honor graduate of Class #238, a testament to his outstanding performance and commitment. This honor is awarded to the top-performing student who exemplifies leadership, integrity, and proficiency.
Prior to joining the Upper Arlington Fire Division, Ochs was a paramedic in California. His experience in one of the nation’s most demanding emergency service environments provided him with invaluable skills and knowledge, further enhancing his ability to serve the Upper Arlington community.
