The City of Upper Arlington is proud to announce the swearing-in of Officer Mitchell Cosby as the newest member of our Police Division. Officer Cosby joins the City as a lateral transfer from the Toledo Police Department, where he served since 2021. During his time with Toledo, Officer Cosby gained valuable experience in both patrol and special duty assignments, earning a reputation for his strong work ethic and reliability. As a certified Ohio Peace Officer, he is eager to bring his expertise to the Upper Arlington community.

Drawn to the welcoming atmosphere and professional opportunities within our Police Division, Officer Cosby is looking forward to contributing to the safety and well-being of our residents. We are proud to have him on board and look forward to his positive impact on our community.
