Upper Arlington Welcomes Two New Police Officers
Upper Arlington is proud to welcome two new police officers to its ranks. Abigail Wenger and Mason Morris graduated on March 15, 2024, from the Columbus Police Training Academy as part of the 143rd Recruit Class. The new officers completed over 30 weeks of intense training, covering a wide range of essential skills and knowledge areas. From patrol procedures to law enforcement tactics, firearms training to emergency medical care, these UAPD officers are well-prepared to serve and protect the Upper Arlington community. Their training also emphasized cultural diversity, mental health, and crisis intervention, ensuring they are equipped to handle a variety of situations with professionalism and empathy.
