Notice is hereby given that the Upper Arlington City Council will consider and vote on the adoption of the City Tax Budget and the Public Library Tax Budget for Fiscal Year 2026 at its regularly scheduled meeting on Monday, June 16, 2025. Public comments will be accepted during the meeting.

The following resolutions will be presented for Council’s consideration:

• Resolution No. 6-2025 – A resolution adopting the tax budget for the Upper Arlington Public Library for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2026, and submitting the same to the Franklin County Budget Commission.
• Resolution No. 7-2025 – A resolution adopting the tax budget for the City of Upper Arlington, Ohio, for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2026, and submitting the same to the Franklin County Budget Commission.

Copies of the proposed budgets are on file with the Finance Director and available for public inspection, as required by Ohio Revised Code § 5705.30.
