A planned 24-hour electric outage will affect the parking garage at the Kingsdale Mixed-Use Project. The outage will begin at 3 p.m. on March 4, 2024 and conclude at 3 p.m. on March 5, 2024. This temporary disruption is necessary to allow contractors to finalize ground repairs for housing panels for units located in this building.

To ensure the safety of guests who utilize the first-floor garage for parking during this period, temporary light towers will be brought in to provide illumination. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
