An application and permitting process is in place for community special events that require use of City property and/or City logistical and planning support. Event organizers are encouraged to start their applications early.

A streamlined online application form is available for all event proposals involving public streets, parks or other City property.

Separate applications are available for:

• Block Parties
• Mobile Demonstrations Requiring Street Closures
• Car Washes
• Park Use Permit – for groups wishing to hold small activities in a City park that won’t disrupt typical park uses
