Summer Celebration has been canceled this evening, July 20, 2023 due to the impending weather forecast.

It’s hard to believe that we are approaching the peak of the summer season. Thanks to UA Parks & Rec, this time of year is packed with countless options for keeping the family entertained, and the annual Summer Celebration event combines many favorites into one wonderful evening.

Please join us at Thompson Park from 6-9 pm on Thursday, July 20 for this year’s event.

Activities include inflatable games, performance dogs, arts & crafts, face painters, balloon artists and DJ Entertainment!

Bring your appetite and enjoy food and refreshments from the following food trucks: Pitabilities, Kona Ice, and Glow Cotton Candy.

While inflatable experiences are free, there are nominal fees for other experiences. This event is cash free. Check the Parks & Recreation hotline – at 614-583-5345 – and UA Parks & Rec’s Facebook page the day of the event, if the weather is questionable.
