UA Police Hosts First National Night out Event

6-8 pm, Tuesday, August 1
St. Agatha’s parking lot off Northam Road

The Upper Arlington Police Division is excited to host its first National Night Out event, scheduled for Tuesday, August 1, from 6- 8 pm at St. Agatha’s parish on Northam Road. Join division representatives to enjoy an evening of fun activities and camaraderie.

Activities planned include a chance to interact with several local law enforcement agencies, explore various safety vehicles, see demonstrations by local K-9 units, and to get up close and personal with the UA Fire Division’s engine and medic trucks, and Sparky’s Fire House. Inflatable games and giveaways add to the fun, and the event will also feature refreshments from several local food vendors, including Graeter’s Ice Cream, Papa John’s and an Icee Truck.

National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make our neighborhoods safer, more caring places to live. This annual event enhances the relationship between neighbors and law enforcement while bringing back a true sense of community. Furthermore, it provides a great opportunity to bring police and neighbors together under positive circumstances.

We hope you can join us!
